Cura is a AI-powered specialist note drafting workspace that assists licensed healthcare professionals in organizing clinical findings, creating EMR-style notes, and producing patient-facing summaries.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals only. By using the Service, you represent that you are a qualified medical professional authorized to make clinical decisions in your jurisdiction.

4. Not Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated content is intended as reference information only and must be reviewed, validated, and approved by a qualified physician before any clinical action is taken. The final clinical decision always rests with the treating physician.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must de-identify all patient data before entering it into the system.
• You are solely responsible for clinical decisions made based on the Service's output.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including HIPAA, GDPR, and local healthcare regulations.
• You must not use the Service for emergency medical situations. Call emergency services immediately for emergencies.
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by 인파이니(infyni). AI-generated note drafts and summaries are provided for your professional use and may be incorporated into patient records at your discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 인파이니(INFYNI) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE OF SEARCH RESULTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 인파이니(infyni), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
