Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid services and subscriptions offered through Cura (“the Service”), operated by 인파이니(infyni). We are committed to ensuring fair and transparent refund procedures for our users.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested in the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund available if the Service has not been substantially used.
- Service outage: Pro-rated refund for documented periods of service unavailability exceeding 24 continuous hours.
- Billing error: Full refund for duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts.
- Unauthorized charge: Full refund upon verification that the charge was not authorized by the account holder.
3-1. One-Time (Single) Payment Refund Terms
In addition to subscriptions, Cura offers one-time payments that grant one month of service access. The following refund terms apply to one-time purchases under the Republic of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce:
- Cooling-off withdrawal: Full refund available within 7 days of payment if the Service has not been substantially used (Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
- Pro-rated refund: After 7 days from payment, the remaining value is refunded after deducting a pro-rated amount based on days used, calculated over a 30-day base month.
- Non-refundable: Requests made more than 30 days after payment (access period fully consumed), or promotional / discounted one-time purchases unless otherwise specified.
- How to request: Follow the same procedure as Section 5 (Refund Process) by contacting infyni@infynimedical.com with your account email and order ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees after the 7-day refund window, unless otherwise stated.
- Partial month usage after mid-cycle cancellation (access remains until end of billing period).
- Services rendered in full prior to the refund request.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless specified in the promotion terms.
5. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request by contacting infyni@infynimedical.com with your account email and reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Toss Payments, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. 인파이니(infyni) is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
7. Free Trial
If you are using a free trial, no charges are incurred until the trial period ends. You may cancel the trial at any time before the trial period expires to avoid being charged. No refunds are issued for charges incurred after a trial period if the subscription was not cancelled in time.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may appeal by contacting infyni@infynimedical.com. We will conduct a secondary review within 5 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
